I'm on day 34 today, and I began getting some mild chest pains day 32, also noticed that I wasn't losing weight at the usual lb a day, both not great signs. So yesterday and today I have supplemented by adding a teaspoon of pure electrolyte powder to a pint of water. I've also had Epsom salt baths, and I have myself booked into the doctors this morning to check my vitals. I'm hoping I will be able to continue beyond today, I'm aiming for 40 days, but I am obviously not going to put myself in harm so if the doctor says it is no longer safe to continue, as much as it pains me to quit so close to my goal, I will break!
