Is it possible to replenish electrolytes during a water fast?

I am interested in doing a Water Fast for several days or weeks. I have been doing ketogenic dieting and intermittent fasting. In this way of eating, you monitor your electrolytes very closely as this way of eating has a diuretic effect on the body and you flush your electrolytes regularly, and must replenish them.

I expect electrolytes to be low during a Water Fast as well for the same reason as with ketogenic dieting. That is, insulin levels being low in the body, which doesn't give the kidneys the signal to hold on to fluids in the body.

My primary question is, does anyone have any insight on maintaining electrolytes during a water fast? Everything I've seen so far, people just neglect them during the fast, and replenish after. Can you salt some of your water for the sodium, take magnesium supplements? If those are true, how would you get potassium?

My goal (if possible) is to moderately replenish electrolyte while doing a water fast.

Thanks.
