I have just started taking kefir water but I think it is affecting my liver quite badly.....I wondered if anyone else has had similar problems? I drank three glasses the first day and my liver felt like it was going to burst and I felt quite ill. I recovered then started with some teaspoons and the next day my liver feels sensitive and my blood Sugar is unstable and I'm really tired as a result. I remember taking these sort of probiotics years ago I had to take a teaspoon in a glass of water and it made my bowel move really well but after some weeks of taking this I started to feel progressively weaker until I had to stop taking it and then my strength bounced back. Any idea what is going on? Or is kefir not beneficial for everyone?
