HELP!! I am a first time user of the herbal cleanses and the zapper. I have a couple questions.

Hello, first I want to thank everyone on this forum for all their posts and links they have shared. They have truly given me hope when I was about to give up.
I will be a first time user, I have never done any kind of parasite cleanse or used a zapper before. Does anyone know if I should use the zapper at the same time I start taking the cleanse capsuls? If so, where should I apply the zapper and for how long? And at what intervals? I have read before that first time user should zap for 20min on 7min off 20min. On 7min. Off 20mim. On ? What is the best cleanse protocol to use for someone with a severe infestation? And should I take any other supplements to counteract the die off symptoms?
