I still have the worn out adrenals which probably will take some time to heal my craving for Sugar is100% gone strange..low blood Sugar gone I think I'm left with stressed adrenal mineral screwed

I'm focusing on adrenal support and liver detoxingand in 4 months from now will go back to Tijuana for a 6month check up and vacation againbbeach etc well needed so far yes improvement but slow and things that have and need to be checked (moneytight) like a hair mineral test and more yeast cleanses
