Help! Is the parasite cleanse absolutely guaranteed to work?

Hi there. I have been struggling with what seems to be some kind of persistent and horrible parasite infestation for a couple of months. Feels like worms, extremely unpleasant, but I have never seen them. I could even feel them in my windpipe and going up my nasal passages at one point.
What I tried first was the Hulda Clark protocol. It did nothing at all. I bought the herbs from a man who said his product was even stronger and purer than those sold by the Hulda Clark company, and I am wondering if this was actually not true. I also tried a tincture that was a combination of the three that people online raved about. I literally had not even a hint of a reduction in symptoms. I have taken a lot of Mebendazole now, first as the one tablet taken as two separate doses, then as the twice day for 3 days and again a week later (because the return of symptoms was so awful) to no avail. The second time, after I stopped, it became apparent the problem was much much worse which is why I did it again. All this time I was also zapping.
I have ME/CFS which I guess reduces my immunity. I would like to know if anyone else has problems like this that just don't get better with the parasite cleanse or was it the guys product was faulty?
I can guess I need to stop using all solvents etc, but how do I properly kill the pesky things in the first place?
If I get the Hulda Clark product is it actually guaranteed to work? I am feeling a bit desperate! I had thought it would all be over by now and I could go on to the liver cleanse and banish my CFS/ME!
