You can expect to lose 1lb per day, but if you walk for 20 minutes everyday, you will lose more weight. Do not do any heavy exercises, rest plenty and drink as per thirst.
I have been a vegetarian and almost raw vegan now, I have energy like a twenty year old. I do cheat once a while by eating some cooked foods.
