Mystery parasite Unanswered Questions

Hi I recently was treated for a parasite infection but have no clue what it was. I uploaded some pictures 4 to be exact. It was some type of a worm infection bc I seen them in my stool. I took in my sample but it was done improperly. It started with immense itching in my nose and ears then every where on my body. The brown specs came out my arms and legs first. Then the white larvae. The maggot looking worm came out of my mouth ☹️ The little mucous looking picture was in my lungs. I was severely tired and ran a fever. My kidneys also shut down but I'm fine now. I'm just hating not knowing what it was. The second stool sample came back negative for parasites. Anything will help. I've never heard of them invading the gums. Unfortunately now the slightest itch throws me into a tither! Any insight? Thanks Tweet
