Re: i request a potassium supplementation forum

youre being silly.

now i suppose that a person could do all the things barefoot talks about but they dont. they dont live in the country far away from the pollution. they dont have the time, the place or the space to do a lot of things for themselves. and even if they could, they dont, they wont, they dont want to, they dont get the importance of it. all sin. at every level. its the nature of the beast. on top of that there are experts at coercing you to sin that bombard all the time through print and all media to get people to spend money to sin. sin being just another word for making a mistake or miscalculation. i call these who participate in the buying and selling of sins clever monkeys. monkeys because they are not gods, only human. clever because they think they are gods and can get away with it. clever monkeys always think themselves exceptional.

rather than look down upon everyone who doesnt do or know or think like they should, i like practical things. love is supremely practical. i like things that work. love is deliberate. i particularly like things that work well, that one can do for themselves, that is cheap and easy. life should be free. whoever i set free is free indeed.

i highly recommend barefoot, unlike my partners on the Iodine forum. there is much to learn and he has learned a lot and shares it freely. thats the essence of curezone - educating instead of medicating. there are many levels of this and one size does not fit all. just because it is in print here doesnt make it so. anyone can contribute. only a few are worth listening to.

what do i have going for me on curezone? well, its not my "bedside manner", i suppose. and its not that i am some overflowing font of knowledge. its that i am honest, open (my detractors and opponents always dancing on my grave before im in it), and i stick to what i know from experience.

there is no one size fits all. there arent enough resources distributed to all 8 billion on the earth. there arent enough hours in a lifetime to learn all the things it would be nice to know.

having a brush with death does change a person. whatever you dont have done when you die, it stays undone. thats it. so if it seems important to you, do it and do it now. time marches on regardless.

my experience with potassium is not usual. most people in my situation would have bowed to the pressure of the whitecoats and feared for their life. i was prescribed a half dozen pills and reprimanded with a look of horror in their eyes when i asked about supplementing potassium chloride. i have no such fear so i used that to do what i have done for a long time - put knowledge to the test. it was scary. i took a big chance. i did what most people would never dream of. i followed the truth instead of conform to the worlds way of doing things.

thats what i bring. obviously the Webmaster thinks those things are enough. we are of like mind in that we want to help others. thats all. thats it. i will have to do battle with all kinds of trolls, internal and external to curezone. its nothing new. its confirmation, actually. im not masochistic so it does hurt, but i think its worth it. the truth is always worth it. nuff said on that for now.

oh, one other thing. the RDA. its way wrong. do what barefoot would do but do the sensible thing, too. supplement minerals. all the ones everyone knows and especially tons of Iodine and potassium. i have been totally sedentary for almost 20 years, capped off with a heart attack. but im still here. im not on any meds. my BP is 110/70 all the damn time. i cant hardly keep my hard on down. and now im able to get physical again. think anyone would want to hear what i have to say?

im too happy to care what anyone else thinks. my heart attack saved my life.
