I'm happy you are feeling good and potassium chloride is helping.
But your information is incorrect.
I tried to point this out to you in the past because it seems like the
Iodine crew was heavy into paleo minus the fruits/vegetables.
If you were actually taking Barefoot's advice you would have no problems at all getting sufficient potassium in. Every fruit on earth is high in potassium.
juicing fruits would result in the 5 gram rda being met by lunchtime.
Here are some examples:
1 baked potato with skin = 1.08 Gram K
3 bananas = 2.4 Grams K
2 cups carrot juice = 1.4 Grams K
1 cup tomato juice - .9 Grams K
Tomatoes are good because they are relatively high in natural sodium as well.

It is almost impossible to have low intake of potassium if the majority of your diet is plant based, especially fruit and vegetable juices.
