adult onset type I diabetes ~ help!

Hi, all of your research/findings on diabetes if very impressive. I was hoping that you could send a few "pointers" my way. I was diagnosed with type I diabetes 2 years ago, a week before my 31st birthday. I started insulin within 2mo. and within a year was on a pump. The past 3 weeks have been very frusterating, my "sites" have all broken out into a terrible rash. While wearing the pump, no sign of complications, however, within 5 minutes of removing a site the area within an inch of the site broke out into tiny blisters, which spread to a reddish rash. So, I went ahead a started my next site, on the other side of my stomach, and sure enough, the same thing happened when I changed that site. Now it has been 3 weeks, I still have this horrible rash ( all over my stomach now), I have switched back to shots and I am very frusterated! Any suggestions? Have you ever heard of this?
