I am new to this water fasting.. I just started now... consider my first day... I used to keto for a month or so and it worked great... I'm a big guy over 300 pounds but when I was doing keto... I was drinking propel zero calories powder in my water cuz I hated the taste of water after a while... I wanted to no if I could take it in my Water Fast because it does contain electrolytes to give me the energy... no calerioes or Sugar or protein only 210mg of sodium which is a sickly salt and 65 mg of potassium....I'm new and would love to get this fast going and keeping on... I would love to also know the stages on this fast as I seen many diff things because many peoples bodies are diff
