Parasites from Coffee Enema?

Hello,

I have been doing coffee enemas to try to cleanse parasites. Does anyone know what this is? I also have seen flukes which are easier to indentiify. I think yesterday I saw eggs but I don't know for sure on those either.
I was taking papaya supps to clear these along with coconut oil and a couple days of my left over supps I have from dr Clarks program. I think I was detoxing too fast because I kind of went into shock.
If this is a parasite please help me identify. I was told it could just be biofilm.
Symptoms:

Confusion
Trouble concentrating

Trouble exercising
Fatigue
IBS
digestion problems
Candida
food sensitivities
Anger
Vitamin deficient
Feelings of passing out accompanied by metallic taste in mouth.
