Also, I took my measurements this morning. Bust 36, Waist 30, lower waist 35, and hips 38. I mentioned in my first post on Day 1 that my lower waist is normally around 38 inches. I had a bowel movement yesterday morning and hadn't put any more food in so maybe that has something to do with the dramatic loss of inches. So, maybe I have a bloating issue when I eat. Hopefully the fast can improve that as well. I'm sorry I don't have any more dramatic changes to report. It's only Day 2, so I didn't expect my complexion or scarring to change, but I'll keep you updated and please let me know if you all have any comments or advice.
