Nitazoxanide sources

Hi, curious whether anybody has used alibaba to get hold of Nitazoxanide? They seem to do it in bulk. Never used alibaba before, but I can't seem to find it anywhere else.

I've heard some good things about it and because it's relatively new, hopefully resistance hasn't built up yet.
