The shorter the treatment with higher doses, the least effective it is. Low dose long term is the only way. The 2 successful flatworm treatments i know is by ICU (although i have heard mixed feedbacks on this) and from mattk3 (this was done successfully done by almost everyone). You need to start slow and ramp slow. Otherwise there is the risk of a toxic shock. Treatments often need to be adjusted along the way, as infections unfold. This is why the research data is often wrong, i think.
