Well since I'm still going to high school, my diet consists of cereal with milk in the morning. For lunch it's a random assortment of food at school such as pizza in one day or burgers, chicken, etc.
Since you mentioned milk, I also drink the chocolate milk they give out in lunch at school.
Once I get home it's pretty much white rice with other stuff like chicken or filipino food.
Should I cut down on the milk intake? I've been also trying to increase my water intake as I've only been drinking 1-2 bottles a day whereas I've read 8-10 glasses of water should be drinken.
Also is there a reason why my family can't smell anything off of me but other people seem to be able to? (TMAU maybe? Idk)
