UTMB Galveston??? Any advice?

Have any of you gone to the doctors at UTMB (University of Texas - Medical Branch) in Galveston? I hear they have a Tropical Medicine Department and a CDC there. Just wondering. I desperately hope to get a diagnosis before I go ahead with self-treatment for parasites since my overall health is somewhat fragile with 6 auto-immune diseases. Starting to despair ~
