Welcome to the forum. You are on a right path to heal your body and mind.

First, yes finish 10-14 days of your first fast. No, you do not want to start the next fast right away after eating low calorie diet. You really want your body to load up with good nutrition, at the minimum, 1X the length of your fast. I generally give myself 1.5X the length of my fast for refeeding. So let's say you fasted for ten days, I would gradually build up to eating raw salads and whole fruits, nuts and seeds up to 15 days, then fast again.

Wait till your husband sees your beautiful skin, and trim body and positive attitude, he will know that fasting is amazing. You can tell him that all living things born on this planet is programmed not to eat everyday otherwise nature would fail. Elephant and the lion does not get to eat everyday. Bears hibernate for 4 months without eating. So we can also not eat and let our body rest.

Also no supplements, no teeth brushing with toothpaste, no chewing gum, etc. I am sure you have read this in many messages here.

Finally, you need to clean your liver. So after you finish your fast and refeeding time, flush your liver . Go to Liver Flush Forum and learn about Dr. Clark's Liver Flush protocol. You will heal much faster. Anxiety and fibromyalgia will be gone. Most importantly you need to stay on Ketosis diet, but try and limit animal products. Western world eats very high protein which is also disease forming.
