Please don't consider raising selenium to 800 mcg without knowing you need it. I never took more than 200 mcg, yet after several years of it my blood level was close to being too high. I stopped it for awhile and am now back on it. Soils vary considerably in their selenium content. Stay on 200 mcg and take all the Iodine you need.
