Have analized my food intake vitamin and mineral vise and found that my copper daily intake is 2% of RDV, so might be extremely deficient in copper.
Have ordered it and awaiting delivery.
One thing I thought to do was to increase Iodine to 100mg, as on Iodine skin test it disappears in 2-3 hours, but a need of selenium increase to 800 mcg holds me back as it is way too high.
