Re: Super Enema Mix

I used to be constipated from various meds and teas. I sanitized a comet toilet bowl bottle with a 4 inch angled head without nozzle and use that for a super enema.
This guarantees flush gets deep inside.
It's best to lay on your left side relaxed for a couple minutes,insert unit 1/3 full , squueze in mix till it feels that hot mix is deep inside,
Roll over on back , raise both legs up in air onto chair and squeeze some more mix in.
Hold in as long as possible. Then repeat three times.
I flush myself regularly 2-3 times a day minumum 5 days a week with hot well
water off tap and this custom mix.
Peppermint oil from herb store eight to ten drops, cinnamon, nutmeg,ginger, table salt and Sea Salt , (1 teaspoon each) three good squirts of dove men care mineral sage shampoo/conditioner, three good squirts pantene repair /protect conditioner. Tweet
