Re: Apple Cider Vinegar enema afterthoughts?
I sometimes have problems holding an enema in, especially ACV. I find that after doing a couple of cleansing enemas first, it seems to clear up gas pockets or just opens things up to take in more water.
What works best for me is to start by taking in only 1/4-1/3 bag warm water on left side, release, then take in the rest on my back, release, then fill the bag and I usually can take the whole thing plus a little more by this time. After doing this once or twice, I can usually do a retention enema.
ACV is hard to hold for me though, reducing the strength might help, but I can't hold ACV long regardless. The best results I have had so far is using about a 1/3 cup to 2 qts water, and only being able to take in a small amount and hold for a moment or two.
I think you had good results and should continue. That white fluffy stuff could be yeast, or biofilm from worms or other parasites.
