I had a wee bit of cramps that never got too bad. I am thinking my lack of water intake (almost 2 gallons a day) has helped not wash out my minerals.
Hope it get that visceral fat out. I am shocked at how quickly it went to 7 from 2. Hoping it goes just as quickly back to 2 and I'll just eat real natural foods from now on.
