I am on day 2 of a dry fast. My first dry fast and its actually a lot better than I had feared. I have done upto 20 dayers with water before.
I have had hunger for 24+ hours a headache for many many hours and a twisted knee and a healing ripped off finger nail not helping at all, but overall doing better than I thought.
I hope to get to 5 or more dry and if I get truly thirsty go to water for a few more days.
I'm trying to get my visceral fat back to the 2 number it was in mid Jan. I don't care about weight, I was 172 on Saturday night, since which time I have not had food or water.
Not sure how I should break it.
