New skin?

Dream interpretation needed please.

Worms, tapeworms, centipedes, parasites were coming out of my body through my pores. I could feel the pain and I even pulled out a Tapeworm from my mouth. My skin was covered by dried up worms that once I removed it, as if I was shedding but new skin was in the process of creation. My skin looked raw after I brush off all the dried up worm skin but a few new ones worked their way out of my left arm, through pores
