Stuffed nose that won't go away after 3 years

I've had Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome rather bad for the past 3.5 years and about 3 years back my nose became stuffed and has ever since been so. I've tried claritin, citirizine, and zoloft for weeks at a time over the last two months with no effect though i should mention that 6 months or so back i used claritin and it made the congestion go away for the 5 days or so i used it, yet, the congestion resumed shortly after stopping it.

The sicker I feel the more congestion seems to occur and the more i cough, postnasal drip also bothers me.

To be true i don't mind the symptoms much but they seem very peculiar making me wonder if they aren't somehow perpetuating the state of illness im in or even have a hand in causing it.
