Re: To Drink or Not To Drink

Thank you for that information Chrisb1. I am currently trying to end a Water Fast of 21 days, almost 2/3rds of which I had excessive thirst where my mouth and eyes would get really dry quickly. I drank in sips as necessary since my that was all my body wanted (and if I tried to take more, my stomach would get a sick feeling), and I'd use the bathroom about 4 times a day - there was no water logging.

Over a month ago, I was just beginning Sales for my business, and i'd planned to do a Water Fast once i'd finished, but my mouth was continuously getting dry, my tongue white, and my hunger hunger was non existent. I listened and began my fasting after about a week of preparation.

Now, I'm concerned. I tried to come off this Water Fast (with self-fermented coconut water, swishing it around for about a minute to get my digestive juices going), ... it seemed my stomach wasn't so happy about it - a mild discomfort, and hours later I upped some bile/spit (which I'd done twice just about 10 days earlier but my stomach felt better), and this morning I was the thirstiest ever. In both my previous Water Fasts my body pushed me off at 21 days - but I looked healthy. That was over 8 years ago. Now, I know I'm not ready to quit, but I'm unsure of was what's going on. If anyone has an opinion of be happy to hear it.

Thank you
