I agree with Fonty, I'm on day 26 of my fast. Every other week I alternate days between dry fasting and water fasting. It's actually easier for me to dry fast because I'm just not thirsty at all. When I do drink water the next day, it's not uncommon for me to only have about 8-12 ounces the whole day. I have never experienced any symptoms of dehydration. You're body will let you know when it needs water. So if you're thirsty - drink, if not - no problem! :D
