I am exactly the same size as you are and I just finished a 12 day Master-Cleanse fast. I didn't weigh myself every day and I increased the amount of maple syrup I used. Since I didn't like too much of it in my lemonade, I just took a spoonful of it after a workout. Basically, all you're really losing is water weight. I've only just stopped and I've gained back 3 pounds. Keep up your calories and you won't lose too much weight. The weight you will be losing is mostly water which will come back. I didn't feel as though my health suffered at all. You probably won't go too much lower than what you are now if you keep up your calories. Just listen to your body. Good luck.
