Parasites, Vermox,

I definitely have parasites for years now. My question is last week I came down with exhaustion, low grade fever and gnawing hunger pains. I just expelled a bunch of parasites.
Could the infection be causing this low grade fever?
I used Dr. Clark's awhile back, diatomaceous earth and I just got Vermox.
Does anyone have experience with Vermox? Side effects etc.
