Food with Prazi

I'm not sure if anyone has seen this but I read an interesting study on NCBI:

"Bioavailability of the praziquantel was increased by a factor of 2.72 and 3.98 when the drug was administered with the high-lipid and high-carbohydrate diets, respectively."

So it seems taking prazi with a high carb meal increases its efficacy the most.

I've just ordered some pure tank med prazi, so I'm curious what you guys think? Do you take with a meal or not?
