I thought it's Seborrheic Dermatitis of the lips too. I used witch hazel as a natural antifungal for a while. Didn't really help. I had a fungal infection elsewhere (feet) many years back. It went away when I stopped wearing socks and shoes for school (basically "leave alone" and medications and ointments did not help.) But my EC's still alive and running. 😥
