Going Crazy!! HELP

Hi there... for nearly 2 years now I have been suffering with an itchy scalp. First it wasn't excessive but now I have become a prisoner of it... 😢 I have been to the doctor numerous times only to be told it's fungal and a bit infected given Antibiotics and sent on my way.... reading some of the above is exactly what I have and now when I'm picking and digging out pink red which look to be worms dried up stuck to the scalp . They are very hard to pick off... also finding small brown rubbery things in hair and near mouth.... no use going back to doctor I aren't getting any answers or relief from itching.... 😭
