Did you ever find anything to help you. My mother in law has been dealing with this same issue since Dec 2014 and has seen doctors that basicly think she is crazy. She has found one dermatologist that tells her she has seen this before and has perscribed a medication. She is still have these buggers building tunnels on her scalp.

Just wondered if you every had any luck.
