Good job in completing 9 days of water only fast. You have not ruined your fast. Please don't induce vomiting. Your body will throw out everything and anything that is not needed by it.

You mentioned excreting black bile. If it is black (like in jet black hair) and shiny then it is internal bleeding. Do you have history of gastric ulcers?

If your poop is dark brown then not to worry, you are excreting mucus dumped by your lymph system.

Is it possible for you to get your stool checked? Basically a nurse will take a smear from your anus and put some chemicals on it to see if it is blood or not.

Regardless, if you have ulcers they will heal with fasting. I usually tell people to drink warm water, in this case drink cold water.

Also if you go to see a doctor ask them to get a quick blood count.
