MISTAKE (very worried) - tried to induce vomiting of bile.

Hi Everyone

I've just completed a 9 day Water Fast and done 1 day of juice. Until recently I lived a very toxic lifestyle, and put my body (esp. liver) through a lot of abuse. Recently I've been trying hard to turn this around.

I went through a healing crisis the last few days, and was excreting black bile. Black! I would feel horribly nauseous, and then sooo much better every time I would excrete.
Anyway, I could (and still can) feel some bile left in my stomach, which is causing nausea. I googled and read an article saying that black bile when left in the body is very dangerous and you should excrete immediately - by inducing vomiting. I panicked and tried to induce vomiting - but it didn't work.

Now I realise that probably what I've done is shaken up the bile in my stomach and made it reabsorb quicker into my body. Is this right? I certainly feel a LOT more toxic and sick now. I should have just left it and let my body deal with it. I am SO gutted, as I had done a lot of good with the fasting and taken time out of work etc. I'm very worried and sad that I've completely undone all that good work and healing now by just releasing the nasties back into my body.

Is this the case? What should I do? I still plan on reintroducing food today by eating fruit, as I feel I need to get back into the 'normal' swing of things.

I hope someone might know about this and can let me know.

Thank you sincerely

Naomi
