Hi, thank you for your reply. I was taking oregano oil (Whole Foods Brand) just to make sure I don't catch any colds as once I do, I am disabled for a week-two weeks so I really can't afford to be sick.

I wasn't taking oregano for a parasite cleanse or anything so I wasn't sure how to start. I found Dr. Clarke's protocol but my local health food store doesn't have much selection for the herbs.

I also want to make sure I kill them properly and all the ones I have in my body. I suspect I have some in my ear and head as well as I have ETD ENT said no need to put tubes and gave me no answer.

I also need to kill the eggs as well so I make sure they don't return.
