Have you tried antifungals? Mine was cured with a prescription steroid/antifungal cream prescription that the dermatologist ordered. It had to be compounded by the pharmacy. I understand sometimes we just want to vent our frustrations so maybe you won't appreciate my advice, but it could help others reading here. All roads lead back to the gut. Candida and gut disbiosis play a big role in EC. Taking B complex vitamins also sped up my healing. If it hasn't been done yet, you might want to ask your dermatologist to do a skin scraping to test for candida. It takes more than steroids to clear it up. Mine was cured in about 3 months once I started doing those things.
