Something crazy happened. I have been infection free for more than a year, not even a cold. While I was doing my dry fast, I ran out of fruit. I only had bananas.
There are plenty of raw foodies that have bananas as their staple food. And there are many who go on 'banana island' - only bananas for easy digestion and lymph cleansing.
So I tried. Big mistake!
After only 1 day, 3 bananas meals (12 bananas), I woke up at 4am with a bladder infection. How is that possible?
Well, I crave watermelon, berries, cherries, apples, and grapefruit. Most of these fruits are low sugar. I do have bananas but usually as a custard (with chocolate, flax, nuts&seeds), warmed up. The other ingredients slow down the sugar.
That extra Sugar caused candida to bloom. I don't know if candida can cause a bladder infection, or if my immunity just went down because of the sugar, making me susceptible to infection.
I got a bladder infection from banana island. Never again.
I cured it in a few days with a herbal tincture. However, I later got a sinus infection too.
Because my immune system is working harder, I'm sleeping more. To dry fast, I need to be up at my regular time of 4:30/5am. Then I eat from 6:30/7am til 12. But I've lately been in bed much later.)
So I started h2o2 therapy. (I had planned to start this fall, but my infection speed-ed things up!)
It only took 2 days to wipe it out! This is why detox and h2o2 is such a powerful duo.

I've known for a while now that my body is more sensitive to what I eat. Animal products and gluten make me sick. However, I also get more nutrition out of less food.
I used to have a beer or glass of wine with a meal, every couple of months or so. But it would always make me tired, so I've never been an alcohol person.
The last time I tried, just 1/4 glass would give the same effect. Because I have no extra junk in my system to dilute alcohol, it's like alcohol is extra strong.
But this is also a good thing. In the last 2.5 years, my stomach has shrunk. (I used to be able to eat a whole baby Watermelon for breakfast, but now I can only eat 3/4).
It's interesting because I'm not losing more weight. This means I'm getting enough calories/nutrition even though, I'm eating less.
The last time I did h2o2, I was well on my way to recovering from CF/F. However, I have been detoxing so much longer now. This time on h2o2, it's very different.
I went on the o2 high within 3 days. I'm taking full dose in the morning.
What's so different is: I couldn't sleep a couple nights. I went to bed all excited, super happy, and creative.
Last time on h2o2, at the peak of therapy, full dose, 3 times a day. I didn't have any sleep issues. I believe it was because that o2 was being used on parasites and garbage in my system.
This time, I am 99% to 99.9% raw (the last bit being occasional: rice at restaurants, steamed veggies, sauces, green tea, non-gluten soy sauce, ect.), my system is very clean.
So now, to be on h2o2, I have massive energy. It seems like most of the o2 is just going to energy. I HAVE to go for 1 hour walk, to burn it off the energy, or I won't sleep!
The days I didn't sleep, I was still active (house cleaning, trampoline, gymnastics) but that wasn't enough exercise!
I'm actually enjoying my morning dose of h2o2 so much, I may just continue.
The last time I did it, I actually looked a wee bit older. The puffiness down the side of my nose (lymph and endocrine problems in Asian medicine) got more puffy. This time, I look younger. That puffiness is very slight.
