Re: Liver flushing helping acne

Unfortunately I didn't follow the exact instructions for this flush as I've done for the others. So much was going on that week of the flush. I didn't do enough colon flushing before the flush and didn't have the greatest diet, but went ahead and did the flush (3rd flush) anyway.

My skin did get better, but not as much of a difference like the last two. I'm certain that's because I didn't follow everything 100% like the others. I'm still happy I did it though.

One this I forgot to mention above, is that when it comes time for my next flush, I notice that's when I break out slightly. It's almost as if my body is saying time for the next flush. After I do the flushes, about a few days later, my skin starts clearing again.
