Re: Liver flushing helping acne

Thanks!! I wait 3 weeks. Although, this third flush I'm about to do, I'm a little late and it has ended up being about 3 1/2 weeks for this one, but I will continue to do 3 weeks between for the rest. I decided not to do 2 weeks between flushes because I've felt kidney pain during and wanted to give my kidneys a longer rest.

I noticed that so far shortly after flushes my skin clears up and then when comes time for next flush my skin starts breaking out (again, nowhere near how it used to break out). I'm going to assume that the more flushes I do, the longer my skin will stay clear between flushes, and hopefully eventually the Acne will go away indefinitely... here's hoping
