I think ignore the percents and focus on the amount of ingredients listed on the label.
Dr. Clark Stomach Saver is 1.5 mg Iodine and 13 mg iodide. (Potassium Iodide is 76.447% iodide.)
Healthleadsuk is 2.2 mg Iodine and 3.3 mg iodide.
I'd treat the Stomach Saver as roughly twice the Iodine value as Healthleadsuk.
