Alien dream contact or just subconxious

I grew up n New York my uncle claimed to have had a ufo land in from of his te like and everything go dead. I always found Uris intersti get but never saw any I move to Southern California and about 2016 I saw a ufo. I was driving and saw a light and moving back and fourth then blink of light was gone. Two days ago February 2016 I had a dream I saw myself b brought up to space I saw the stars plants the universe I could see but not move I remember thinking am I being unducted but was calm. I then saw lots of men in all black I could not see faces but outlines they were looking at me and showing me this room
I just don't know if anyone has had similar experiences like this? I understand the possibilities and that must people would choose what seems to them as logical and they understand which would be dreaming. But people don't want to believe somethin they ant prove. Again I'm not saying 100% anything but I know I never lucid dream or sleep paraylasis I wasn't on any Meds I don't drink it was just a random event I can't explain and wonder if anyone can help thanks
