You can buy valbazen liquid which they sell in farm stores, also many online. You should take ALB Valbazen 3 - 4ml evening 6PM in yogurt (Strength 113mg/ml liquid) daily. Taking more than this could cause liver damage. Stay on this for the next year. You can also take 100-200mg mebendazole too. Make sure you eat a fatty and good meal along.
This is just to start, you need to do research on this. Look at posts from mattk3 ,(he had lungs filled w liquid) cimber38, you can look at some of mine. Sharkman posted many great resources on research pages w pictures.
The Antibiotics might come handy. There is constant bacterial release from the worms and especially when they die. You will need to use this to prevent fever, or a septic schock. I am using doxycycline a lot (i have several types of roundworms and some strongyloides too). I have done 30 days twice a day 100mg to start and now repeating 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or when i have die off. See the ICU instructions here on how to take doxy.
