Slow hair growth equal 3 mistakes I made this month!
So, I made 3 mistakes this month that has shown slow hair growth.
For months, my hair was growing like a weed! But, this month, I'm just average - 1/2
inch. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful. During the worst of my chronic fatigue, my hair hardly grew at all.
But my hair was growing at 3/4
inch a month and at that rate, my highlights would be grown out by this summer.
These are the mistakes I made this month:
1. I haven't been taking vitamin D or B12 for a long time. I tan in our living room for a couple hours a day.
I thought that would be enough, but I guess not. I caught the stomach flu, after 5 weeks of the best energy of my life.
During that time, I also didn't catch any colds or viruses. This was a big change for me. Suddenly getting sick means something about my immune system changed for the worse.
Also, my tongue has a slight crack down the center, as well as slight ridges on my pinky nails. Both of these are possible signs of low B12. So yesterday, I started taking Vit D, and B12, and I already feel better.
2. For the last couple months, I haven't been craving seaweed so I haven't been eating it. Big mistake! Seaweed helps your hair grow because it has so many minerals in it. I think this may be the second reason for slower hair growth.
3. I haven't been massaging my scalp. I used to do it every night because it helps me relax and sleep. But since I've been feeling so amazing, I was just concentrating on enjoying life!
I've done more in those 5 weeks than the whole 1.5 years I had chronic fatigue. So this month, I for sure will use it. I really want my highlights grown out as soon as I can.
So I'm 6.5 weeks into h2o2 therapy, down to 11 drops.
My energy skyrocketted, and I passed all kinds of crazy critters. Now besides black sesame parasites, spaghetti-like worms, vermicelli-like worms, black perfectly shaped pea like things, lots of mucus, and black rubbery stuff, I've passed more yucky things. I now have passed white perfectly shaped pea like things, and also white ribbony things.
I used to think that I wasn't getting all the oxygen I needed to kill off
parasites because I can't afford to buy organic. But it seems like many raw foodies, along with most people on the planet have parasites.
All through history, people have done
parasite cleanses every spring!
