One should never take meds while on a water fast. This is the worst thing you can do to your body.

Try Muktavati for a month and drop the prescription drug asap, it will eventually kill your kidneys. Also it is bad for your liver.

If you want to fast again, refeed for a month on plant based diet, while taking Muktavati, this Ayurvedic med can be dropped cold turkey unlike allopathy meds. Make sure not mix both drugs.

After you drop the meds fast for as long as you can. Before the fast you may also want to consider doing a colon cleanse, kidney cleanse, Liver Flush and then fast with water only, no supplements.

If one fast does not help, refeed and do a second fast.
