definitely notice a huge difference in going gf

yes have done 2 Liver Flushes but still no stones, planing on doing one as soon as I give my body a bit of a rest. My liver is still detoxing and iv not had any pills for for 3 days or so now but I'm very slowly feeling better.

I'm not to sure about histamine.... I might have to look into it a bit more.

I think it was toxicity from the pills, my liver was acting like I poped 50 pills in one day but I was only taking 1.5 vit c and 60mg zinc, maybe the pills were pushing copper out of my liver...

but I have had this problem for 3/4 years and it always happens when I take pills but I did not know it was the pills causing me to feel bad and i would just forget as my memory is bad.
