liver can't tolerate any supplements plus zinc cure

hey guys just wanted to know if anyone ever had a intolerance from the liver to any type of medication

a few weeks ago I was taking vit c and zinc and it was making me feel fantastic but after a week of taking them I got the following symptoms such as AIR HEAD FEELING, COMPRESSED HEAD FEELING, VISION GETS MORE BLURY, LOSS OF APPETITE, chronic Depression and anxiety, SENSITIVITY TO SOUND, WAKING UP AT NIGHT WITH FAINT HEART RATE.

so I stopped the pills and my liver has not stopped detoxing and it's been 3 days.

I guess I feel a little better and the symptoms are not as many but what causes this type of behaviour?

fatty liver? stones around liver? bile duct clogged?

I know that I'm deficient in zinc as I was feeling very good when taking it and no longer got hang over feeling when waking up and seemed to fixed a blood Sugar problem that I thought I had but it was low zinc causing low insulin and even tho I was eating my body was in starvation mode
