Yep and it's my 3rd time. 1st time was no good for me because I was "cheating" on the first day. 2nd time was much better and countless "I feel better moments" so I decided to do this twice a year for at least 10 days. This time I want to try for 20 because I was feeling great at 10 but started to lose too much weight. This time, I plan to increase syrup consumed each day because before I think I was taking in to little. Anywho, long story short- yes, I am starting again today if you would like to write.
